Profine operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services to provide you, the customer, with a customized shopping experience (the “Services”). Profine Diervoeding is powered by Shopify, which enables us to deliver the Services to you. 
The following general terms, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least of legal age in the state or province where you reside, and you have given us permission to allow minors dependent on you to use the Services on devices you own, purchase, or manage.

For the products or services we offer, you may be asked to provide certain information, such as your email address, billing, delivery address, and payment details. You are solely responsible for the security of your account login details and for all activities on your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to another person.

We have done everything possible to provide an accurate representation of our products and services in our webshops. However, please note that colors or the appearance of products may differ from how they appear on your screen, due to the type of device you use to access the store and the settings and configuration of your device.
We do not guarantee that the appearance or quality of products or services you purchase will meet your expectations or be the same as shown or delivered in our webshops.
All product descriptions may be changed at any time without prior notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit the quantities of products we offer to a person, geographic region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis.
Section 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. Profine Diervoeding reserves the right to accept or reject your order for any reason at its sole discretion. Your order is only accepted after Profine Diervoeding has confirmed acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as Profine Diervoeding may not be able to process cancellation requests after an order has been accepted. In the event we do not accept, modify, or cancel an order, we will try to notify you by contacting the email address, billing address, and/or phone number you provided when placing the order.
Your purchases may only be returned or exchanged in accordance with our Refund Policy. 
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.
SECTION 4 - PRICING AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without prior notice. The price charged for a product or service is the price in effect at the time the order is placed and is stated in the email confirming your order. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, listed prices exclude taxes, shipping and handling fees, and customs or import duties.
Prices in our webshops may differ from prices in physical stores or in online stores or other stores managed by third parties. We may from time to time offer promotions on the Services that can affect pricing and are subject to terms and conditions separate from these Terms. In case of a conflict between the terms of a promotion and these Terms, the promotion terms shall apply.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, and account information for all purchases you make in our stores. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, credit card numbers, and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you if necessary.
You represent and warrant that (i) the credit card information you provide is truthful, accurate, and complete, (ii) you are duly authorized to use such credit card for the purchase, (iii) charges made by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iv) you will pay the charges you incur at the stated prices, including shipping and handling fees and all applicable taxes, if any.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are not liable for delays in shipping and delivery. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control. Once we transfer the products to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

Our Services, including but not limited to all trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, product controls, video and audio, and their design, selection, and arrangement, are owned by Profine Diervoeding, its affiliates, or licensors and are protected by U.S. and foreign patent, copyright, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit the material on the Services without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use of the Services may violate federal and state intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Profine Diervoeding.
The names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans of Profine Diervoeding are trademarks of Profine Diervoeding or its subsidiaries or licensors. You may not use such trademarks without prior written permission from Profine Diervoeding. Shopify's name, logo, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Services are trademarks of their respective owners.

You may access customer tools offered by third parties as part of the Services, over which we have no control or input.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available,” without warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We have no liability arising from or related to your use of optional third-party tools.
Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion, and you should ensure that you are familiar with and agree to the terms under which tools are offered by the relevant third-party providers.

SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Profine Diervoeding is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, all sales and purchases you make in our Store are conducted directly with Profine Diervoeding. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of a sale between you and Profine Diervoeding, including injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Profine Diervoeding.

Additionally, you agree not to: (a) upload or transmit viruses or other malicious code that in any way will or may affect the functionality or operation of the Services; (b) reproduce, duplicate, copy, extract, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the Services; (c) collect or track the personal information of others; (d) spam, phish, pharm, or impersonate through the Services; (e) use robots, spiders, scrapers, data collection and extraction tools, automated devices or processes, AI tools (such as agentic AI), or automated or manual means to access the Services; or (f) interfere with, disrupt, circumvent, or bypass security or authorization features, robot exclusion headers, or other measures we use to restrict access to the Services. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Profine Diervoeding, Shopify, and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from all losses, damages, liabilities, or claims, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, payable to third parties arising out of or resulting from (1) your breach of these Terms of Service or the referenced documents, (2) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or (3) your access to and use of the Services.
We will notify you of any claim eligible for indemnification, provided that failure to promptly notify you will not relieve you of your obligations unless you are materially prejudiced. We may manage the defense and settlement of such claim at your expense, including the choice of counsel, but will not settle any claim requiring non-monetary obligations from you without your consent (which shall not be unreasonably withheld). You will cooperate in the defense of claims, including by providing relevant documents.

You and Profine Pet Food consent to venue and personal jurisdiction in such courts.
